You're in the habit of going above and beyond for customers, but this is a big request.
Company leaders in one of your big consumer brand accounts recently made headlines for committing to a reduced environmental footprint, and now you're being asked to collect data about the field-specific farming practices used to grow the grain you buy.
Are they willing to pay for compliance? Maybe, but if not, you can choose to view sustainability through one of two lenses:

2. an opportunity to drive new business value.
